James Henley is first and foremost a proud father of two.
Saskia and Jasper are James’s ‘why’, they spend their weekends down at the local beaches, enjoying the beautiful sunny weather and surf spots here on the Northern beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
James grew up in Coolum Beach and attended Coolum High School. He is as local as they come!
He has extensive knowledge in the entire area North of the Maroochy River Bridge and can answer any questions regarding property.
A career in construction has taken him to various states around Australia. This has only reinforced the deep love for our local coastline. "This place is paradise, how could you not love it?" says James.
In the past two years, James has sold over 200 + properties in the Sunshine Coast. Through these sales, James has become an expert salesman, an excellent negotiator, and an adept listener, with a mindset for making things happen.
His genuine and enthusiastic personality has enabled him to be a natural at connecting with buyers and sellers.
His ambitious attitude is what drives James to build genuine relationships within the community.
